The word refurbished is used quite often in the IT industry, but the actual connotation when used to describe IP phones can be a bit of a mystery. Customers often ask us "Are these phones used?" "Will they come scratched up?" "What is the warranty?" on our refurbished products. When Triton Datacom says refurbished, we mean refurbished. Phones are tested, fully taken apart, parts replaced as needed down to the button membranes and individual buttons, put back together, inspected visually during our quality control check and then retested before being individually boxed with a new curly cord and a cat5 ethernet cable.
